What is Guitar Efficiency?

Guitar Efficiency is an AI-powered guitar training app designed to help players practice smarter, improve faster, and better understand what to work on next. It includes tools for theory training, fretboard development, ear training, chord work, practice tracking, and progress monitoring.

Who is Guitar Efficiency for?

Guitar Efficiency is built for guitar players at different stages of development, from newer players building fundamentals to more experienced players who want better structure, stronger theory, improved fretboard knowledge, and more consistent progress.

How do I unlock Pro features?

Pro access is available through in-app purchase. Once you subscribe, premium features should unlock automatically.

I purchased Pro but do not see access. What should I do?

First, make sure you are using the same Apple ID that was used to complete the purchase. Then reopen the app and try the restore purchases option if available. If access still does not update, email support at adkinsguitarandmusic@gmail.com.

Can I get help with billing or subscription issues?

Yes. For app-specific billing help, email support. For Apple-managed billing issues such as subscription charges or cancellations, you may also need to manage your subscription through your Apple account settings.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple account. Open your Apple subscriptions settings to view, manage, or cancel your subscription.

My app is not working correctly. What should I do?

Try the following first:

Fully close and reopen the app
Make sure your device software is up to date
Restart your device
Check that you have the latest version of the app installed
