- App preferences
- Email address, if you choose to enter it in the App
This Guitar Efficiency app data is stored locally on your device and does not leave your device unless you explicitly share it or unless a future version of the App clearly states otherwise.

4. Microphone Access
Guitar Efficiency may request microphone permission solely to power the chromatic guitar tuner feature. Audio is processed on your device in real time and is not recorded, stored, or transmitted by Adkins Enterprises LLC.
5. TikTok and Social Media Integrations
The Services may include integrations with third-party platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Google Drive, Meta, and other authorized services.
When you connect a third-party account, including TikTok, we may receive access through OAuth, API authorization, or another platform-approved connection method. The exact information available depends on the permissions you approve and the platform’s rules.
For TikTok and similar social media integrations, the Services may access or process information such as:
- Basic account profile information
- Account ID or platform user identifier
- Connected account username or handle
- Authorization tokens needed to maintain the connection
- Approved video files or content assets
- Captions, descriptions, hashtags, titles, thumbnails, and publishing metadata
- Post status, publish result, post ID, or post URL
- Performance and analytics data if the platform grants access
- Error messages or API responses needed to diagnose failed publishing attempts
6. How Social Media Integration Data Is Used
Social media integration data is used only to operate the authorized content workflow. This may include:
- Connecting the correct TikTok or social media account
- Preparing approved content for publishing
- Uploading or publishing approved posts through platform APIs
- Storing publishing metadata such as captions, post URLs, and status
- Reviewing whether a post succeeded or failed
- Pulling analytics where permission is granted
- Creating internal reports about content performance
- Troubleshooting connection, authorization, upload, or publishing errors
Adkins Enterprises LLC does not sell TikTok account data, OAuth data, or social media analytics data.
7. OAuth Tokens and Connected Account Access
When a third-party account is connected, the Services may store access tokens, refresh tokens, or related authorization credentials needed to maintain the integration. These tokens are used only for the permissions granted by the connected platform and only for approved account-management, content-publishing, and analytics workflows.
You may revoke access through the relevant third-party platform’s account settings or developer authorization settings. Revoking access may disable publishing, analytics, or other connected features.
8. Uploaded Content and Publishing Assets
The Services may process content assets that you upload, approve, or connect through storage platforms such as Google Drive or similar services. This may include video files, image files, captions, titles, thumbnails, transcripts, clip notes, publishing schedules, campaign metadata, and performance reports.
These assets are used to operate the content workflow and are not sold to third parties.
9. Third-Party Services
The Services may rely on third-party platforms and providers, including Apple, Google, RevenueCat, TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Google Drive, hosting providers, analytics providers, storage providers, payment processors, and other technology providers.
Your use of those services may also be governed by their own privacy policies, terms, developer policies, API rules, app store rules, and account settings. Adkins Enterprises LLC is not responsible for the privacy practices, platform decisions, outages, API changes, data processing, or account actions of third-party services outside its direct control.
10. Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking
Guitar Efficiency does not currently use third-party advertising or behavioral tracking services inside the App.
For content operations systems, analytics may be collected from connected platforms only where authorized. This may include views, reach, likes, comments, shares, saves, watch time, engagement rate, follower counts, post performance, or similar platform-provided metrics.
This analytics data is used to understand content performance, improve publishing decisions, prepare reports, and manage owned content channels.
11. Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed at children under 13. Adkins Enterprises LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
12. Data Storage and Security
Guitar Efficiency app data is primarily stored locally on your device using device storage.
Content operations data, connected account metadata, OAuth tokens, publishing metadata, uploaded assets, and analytics reports may be stored using secure systems, cloud services, databases, file storage, or authorized third-party platforms as needed to operate the Services.
Adkins Enterprises LLC uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. However, no system, transmission method, API integration, or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
13. Data Retention
Guitar Efficiency local app data remains on your device unless you delete the App data, reset the device, or otherwise remove it.
Content operations data may be retained as long as needed to operate the Services, maintain publishing records, troubleshoot issues, comply with legal obligations, protect business records, or support reporting and analytics workflows.
OAuth tokens or connected account credentials may be retained while the integration remains active. If access is revoked or the integration is removed, related authorization credentials may be deleted or disabled according to the platform’s rules and our operational requirements.
