Terms of Service — Zachary Adkins Official, Guitar Efficiency, and Content Operations

By accessing or using Zachary Adkins Official, Guitar Efficiency, related websites, applications, content systems, integrations, or connected services (collectively, the “Services” ), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Services Covered
These Terms apply to Guitar Efficiency and any related Zachary Adkins Official services, including websites, mobile applications, educational tools, content operations systems, social media integrations, publishing workflows, analytics workflows, and business or creator automation systems operated by Adkins Enterprises LLC.
Guitar Efficiency is a guitar theory education tool intended for personal learning, practice, and skill development. The content operations and social media integration systems are used to manage, prepare, authorize, schedule, publish, and analyze approved content for Zachary Adkins, Adkins Enterprises LLC, Guitar Efficiency, Adkins Music Lessons, and related owned brands or business assets.
2. Use of the Services
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of any part of the Services except where prohibited by applicable law.
You may not misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, access accounts or systems without authorization, submit false information, bypass security controls, or use the Services in a way that violates any applicable law, platform rule, app store policy, or third-party service terms.
3. Guitar Efficiency App
Guitar Efficiency provides guitar theory education, practice tools, quizzes, scale libraries, lesson content, and related learning features. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial educational use unless otherwise approved in writing by Adkins Enterprises LLC.
4. Pro Subscription
Guitar Efficiency may offer a Pro subscription that unlocks additional features, tools, lessons, practice systems, or educational content.
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on where the subscription was purchased. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your Apple or Google account settings before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple or Google account settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods except where required by law or handled directly by Apple or Google under their store policies.
5. Free Tier
Free users may access limited features as described in the App. Adkins Enterprises LLC reserves the right to modify, limit, expand, or remove free tier features at any time.
6. Content Operations and Social Media Integrations
The Services may include tools or workflows for preparing, approving, publishing, scheduling, and analyzing content on third-party platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Google Drive, and other authorized services.
When you connect a third-party account, you represent that you own or are authorized to access and manage that account. You authorize the Services to use the permissions granted through OAuth, API access, or platform-approved authorization flows only for the purposes you approve, such as retrieving account information, uploading approved content, publishing approved posts, storing publishing metadata, and viewing analytics where permitted.
The Services do not guarantee that any third-party platform will approve, publish, rank, distribute, monetize, or retain any content. Third-party platforms may restrict, reject, remove, review, demonetize, or limit content according to their own policies.
7. Content Responsibility
You are responsible for any content uploaded, approved, scheduled, published, or distributed through the Services. This includes videos, audio, images, captions, thumbnails, text, music, trademarks, likenesses, educational material, and other assets.
You must have all rights, permissions, licenses, and approvals needed to use and publish your content. You agree not to upload, approve, or publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, harmful, spam-like, or prohibited by the rules of any connected third-party platform.
8. Third-Party Services
The Services may rely on third-party platforms and services, including Apple, Google, TikTok, Meta, YouTube, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics tools, storage providers, app stores, and other technology providers.
Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, developer policies, app review rules, API limits, and account requirements. Adkins Enterprises LLC is not responsible for third-party outages, platform decisions, API changes, account restrictions, review delays, analytics accuracy, or data handling outside its direct control.
9. Intellectual Property
All content in Guitar Efficiency and related Services, including quiz questions, scale libraries, guitar theory content, educational material, lesson structures, interface copy, systems, frameworks, workflows, and related assets, is owned by Adkins Enterprises LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from App or Service content without prior written permission from Adkins Enterprises LLC.
10. User Responsibility and Security
You are responsible for maintaining access to your devices, app store accounts, social media accounts, login credentials, integration permissions, and connected business assets. You should not share passwords through the Services. Where supported, integrations should be authorized through official OAuth or platform-approved connection flows.
You are responsible for reviewing content before publication when an approval step is required. Adkins Enterprises LLC is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect account selection, incorrect permissions, user-approved content, inaccurate metadata, or third-party platform behavior.
11. Disclaimer
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Adkins Enterprises LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, specific educational results, revenue outcomes, social media growth, engagement, reach, ranking, platform approval, monetization, or business results.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adkins Enterprises LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost data, lost profits, lost revenue, lost followers, business interruption, device issues, app store actions, social media account restrictions, content removals, third-party platform failures, or API changes arising from use of or inability to use the Services.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Changes to Terms
Adkins Enterprises LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page or otherwise made available through the Services. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
