By downloading or using Guitar Efficiency ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Use of the App

Guitar Efficiency is a guitar theory education tool intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

Pro Subscription

The App offers a Pro subscription that unlocks additional features. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your Apple or Google account settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods except where required by law.

Free Tier

Free users have access to limited features as described in the App. We reserve the right to modify free tier limitations at any time.

Intellectual Property

All content in the App including quiz questions, scale libraries, theory content, and educational material is the intellectual property of Adkins Enterprises LLC and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without written permission.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Adkins Enterprises LLC is not responsible for any damages arising from use of the App.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
